All Blacks and Highlanders wing Waisake Naholo will join London Irish at the end of the year.
The 28-year-old, who has scored 16 tries in 26 Test appearances, has also won a Super Rugby title with the Highlanders.
London Irish secured promotion to the Premiership for the 2019-2020 season, and though the length of Naholo’s contract with the club has not been revealed, he says he is happy to have signed for a ‘team on the up’.
‘There is plenty of ambition, a world-class training facility, a good group of coaches and players and some exciting signings coming in,’ said Naholo.
‘The supporters have a great reputation as well and I’m looking forward to it.’
