Indebted Rebels booted from Super Rugby

Rugby Australia has rejected a consortium’s bid to take over the debt-laden Rebels and shut down the side after 14 seasons in Super Rugby.

Penney apologises for cursing journo

Under-fire Crusaders coach Rob Penney has apologised for a foul-mouthed insult about a TV reporter at a heated press conference, the Super Rugby team said.
